Ram Quarter is set in the grounds of the old Young’s brewery, a site where beer has been brewed since at least 1533. Despite Young’s closing in 2006, a small-scale brewery was kept on-site during the development period, ensuring that Ram Quarter continues as Britain’s oldest working brewery.
The new development maintains that heritage by incorporating the brewery’s iconic listed buildings.
