Did you know that brewing has been taking place at the Ram Quarter since 1533? Despite Young's closing in 2006, a small-scale brewery was kept on-site during the development period, ensuring that Ram continues as Britain's oldest working brewery.
Now we are opening our doors to the public and giving you the opportunity to dig deeper into the heritage of the iconic building on one of our guided tours. Led by none-other than John Hatch, brewer and raconteur extraordinaire, visitors will be taken behind the scenes for a fascinating journey through the London landmark, including the old stables where the Shire horses used to be kept for transporting the beer to local pubs, and the nanobrewery itself.
Brewery tours will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays starting promptly at 2.30pm and lasting just under an hour.
£15 adults; £5 children.
